About Us

We are a family run farm on the beautiful Central Coast Plateau, NSW. We are grass farmers first & foremost. Our pastures are the basis for all of our produce. We work hard to improve our soils and our pastures & to ensure that our animals live happy, healthy lives. 

We believe that Healthy Soils leads to Healthy Pastures which leads to Healthy Animals. We believe in raising our animals ethically. Yes, they are grown for meat, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be raised with respect and kindness. 

Just before our son was 4 years old he was diagnosed with Luekaemia - it was a very difficult time for our family.   At the time there was no known cause for Luekaemia. We started researching the idea of food as medicine. We learnt a lot about healthy, whole food diets - but the main thing we kept coming back to was that they way the food you eat has been farmed is so very, very important. 

What does all of this mean for you? We work hard to produce food that is nutrient dense, chemical free & nourishing for my family & yours. The produce we have available for sale is the same food I feed my family & my standards are exceptionally high!
